The most influential countries rankings reflect how around 8000 respondents, who are considered “informed elites” – college-educated those who identify as middle-class or more and who listen to the news at least four days each week – specified countries to five specific characteristics that include leader, connectivity to the other world influential culture, politically powerful and solid international connections.

Israel
