How to view Instagram posts you like from the iPhone App
You first need to download the app for your iPhone to see posts you like on Instagram. These are the steps you need to take to see what you like:
- Tap the “profile icon” at the bottom right corner.
- Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner.
- Select “Your activity” in the settings menu.
- Tap on “Interactions” under the “Your Activity” menu.
- Select “Likes” from the “Interactions” menu.
- All the recent posts you liked will be displayed. You can tap on any of them to see or dislike the post.
You can search for the username of the person who made the post you want to revisit using the search bar. Then, scroll down until you find it.
How to view your favorite posts on a PC
It’s impossible. Although you can like Instagram posts via the website or app, you won’t be able to view posts you liked on Instagram from a computer or desktop. This is because the web version of Instagram offers minimal functionality.
Windows and Mac users can simply install the Layoutify: Improved Layout For Instagram extension for Google Chrome. Although it alters the layout of Instagram, this extension allows you to get the job done. It can be installed to view your Liked Posts history on your laptop.
After installing Layoutify, go to instagram.com. Click the three horizontal dots in the top right.
Now you can view your favorite posts in a grid view from within Chrome. To view more posts, click on the “Load More” button at the bottom of the webpage.
